I am board-certified to see all ages but my primary focus is to empower women on their wellness journey by offering a comfortable and causal setting for treatment. While I do provide traditional medication management, I aim to offer holistic & integrative treatment options to help clients explore the WHOLE picture.
I also specialize in reproductive psychiatry and work closely with those in the process of conceiving, throughout pregnancy, and postpartum in order to safely manage mental health needs during this critical time.
When I'm not working at the hospital or clinic, you can find me outdoors exploring the SoCal deserts & beaches with my family, drinking a big cup of coffee and reading a book, or in my kitchen creating nourishing meals.
